Which locations does Graefenhahn offer in Dresden?
Graefenhahn has more than 65 different properties in Saxony. Two central locations in Dresden are our particular focus: the OSTRA-Areal and the OWYO Campus (Hermann-Mende-Straße 1). Both offer flexible space for offices, warehousing and production and – depending on the location – for events.
Who are the spaces intended for?
Commercial and industrial companies, particularly in microelectronics, as well as start-ups and growing businesses looking for flexible space solutions.
How flexible are the spaces really?
Very flexible: floor plans can be adapted and combined, so both small units and large areas are possible – from a few dozen to several thousand square metres.
Does Graefenhahn also help foreign companies set up in Dresden?
Yes. With our full-service package, we help you find skilled workers for production and provide operational support and interim management while you set up – especially for companies establishing themselves in Germany for the first time.
Does sustainability play a role in your projects?
Yes, sustainability is an integral part of our concepts – from greenery, solar and geothermal energy to certification to the DGNB standard (German Sustainable Building Council).
